By using GamePunk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What GamePunk is

GamePunk is a price comparison tool. It shows game prices gathered from a number of stores side by side so you can find the cheapest one. GamePunk doesn't sell anything itself — every purchase happens on the store's own site, not ours.

Accuracy of prices and availability

Prices, discounts, and stock information on GamePunk are gathered periodically, not in real time. That means a price shown here can be out of date by the time you click through — stores change their prices, run out of stock, or end promotions without any warning to us. Always check the final price on the store's own site before you buy.

GamePunk makes no guarantee that any price, discount, or availability shown is accurate, complete, or current.

Third-party stores and purchases

Clicking "Get deal" takes you to a third-party store's website. Any purchase you make there is a contract between you and that store — GamePunk is not a party to it, isn't responsible for the transaction, and can't help with order issues, refunds, or disputes. Each store has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply once you leave GamePunk.

Affiliate disclosure

GamePunk may earn a commission from some of the stores it links to, through their affiliate programmes. This doesn't cost you anything extra, and it doesn't influence which store shows up as cheapest — that's always based on price alone.

User conduct

GamePunk doesn't have accounts, sign-ups, or any way to post content, so there isn't a community to moderate — but the following still applies to anyone using the site:

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with GamePunk's servers or the site's normal operation.
• Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to GamePunk's systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the site in a way that places excessive load on it or circumvents intended use.
• Don't use GamePunk for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with any security or rate-limiting measures on the site.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access for anyone who doesn't follow these rules.

Intellectual property

The GamePunk name, logo, and site design belong to GamePunk. Game titles, cover art, platform names (including Steam), and store names shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify and compare the products — GamePunk isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the stores or platforms it lists.

No warranty and limitation of liability

GamePunk is provided "as is," without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamePunk isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, reliance on the information shown, or any transaction made with a third-party store.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use GamePunk after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
