How to redeem an Xbox code

Xbox games from key stores come as a 25-character code. You redeem it on your Microsoft account, then download the game on your console. Xbox Play Anywhere games work on Windows PC too.

1. Go to microsoft.com/redeem Sign in with the Microsoft account you use on your Xbox.
2. Enter the 25-character code Then confirm. The game is added to your account.
3. Download it On your Xbox it's in My games & apps, under Full library. Play Anywhere games also appear in the Xbox app on Windows.

On the console itself: open the Microsoft Store, choose Redeem from the menu and enter the code.

Codes are tied to a region. One sold for the UK or as Global works on a UK account.
